The Operator proposes to grade (excavate and fill) the existing Goldfish Pond to construct a normal (non-storm event) maximum water surface area of 2 acres and a storage volume of 8.6 acre feet to establish a seasonal and perennial wetland at the southern end of the pond. The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0216-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Daniel L. Wade/San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
