Document Description
Project modifications are necessary to address geotechnical hazards related to a previously unknown landslide feature in the left dam abutment for the new dam. These modifications would affect the excavation and disposal of material associated with construction of the left dam abutment and spillway and would increase the total volume of materials required to be excavated, handled and disposed of for the project by approximately 3 million cubic yards, would increase the project footprint by 29.1 acres, and would increase the duration of construction by 3 years.
