Document Description
Responsible Agency Notice of Determination. The SREL C4 Project includes the installation of approximately 12,844 cumulative feet of levee improvements along the east levee of the Sacramento River. The purpose of the Project is to reduce the risk of flooding to the City of Sacramento by constructing levee improvements that reduce the risk of levee failure due to levee through-seepage and under-seepage during high water events and meet embankment and foundation stability requirements.
