The Sacramento River East Levee (SREL) Contract 4 project includes the installation of levee improvements to meet embankment and foundation stability requirements along various sections of the SREL in Sacramento, California. Most levee improvements included in SREL Contract 4 were analyzed in the 2016 American River Watershed Common Features General Reevaluation Report (ARCF GRR) Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR).
