Document Description
The SREL C3 Project includes the installation of approximately 10,580 cumulative feet of cutoff wall along the east levee of the Sacramento River. The purpose of the SREL C3 Project is to reduce the risk of flooding to the City of Sacramento by constructing levee improvements that reduce the risk of levee failure due to levee through-seepage and under-seepage during high water events and meet embankment and foundation stability requirements.
