Document Description
The Sacramento River East Levee Contract 3 Project includes the installation of approximately 10,580 cumulative feet of cutoff wall along the east levee of the Sacramento River. The purpose of the Sacramento River East Levee Contract 3 Project is to reduce the risk of flooding to the City of Sacramento by constructing levee improvements that reduce the risk of levee failure due to levee through-seepage and under-seepage during high water events and meet embankment and foundation stability requirements.
