Document Description
The lead agency for the project, CVFPB, certified the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Mitigation Monitoring Program (MMP) and approved the project on June 9, 2016. The CVFPB then prepared a Supplemental EIR (American River Watershed Common Features, Water Resources Development Act of 2016 Project, American River Contract 1), and certified the Supplemental EIR (SEIR) on May 28, 2021, and adopted a MMP. The California State Lands Commission has considered the EIR and SEIR as prepared for this project by CVFPB and adopted an independent MMP incorporating CVFPB’s document.
