The Proposed Action comprises the installation of approximately 5,500 linear feet of erosion protection measures and on-site riparian habitat features, along the Lower American River in the American River Watershed Common Features (ARCF), Water Resources Development Act of 2016, American River Contract 1 Project Area and three off-site riparian habitat restoration sites. The Proposed Action is located in the City of Sacramento and in Sacramento County, California along the left bank (while facing downstream) of the American River, from Paradise Beach at Glenn Hall Park upstream to Howe Avenue.
