Document Description
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento (Agency) proposes to adopt a General Plan Amendment, Community Plan Amendment, and rezone for all properties in the project area, and a Specific Plan for the northern portion of the Docks Area including all of the property, north of the Pioneer Bridge, for mixed use residential, retail/commercial and park development. Three plan alternatives will be considered in a Master EIR / Environmental Assessment.
