Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0077-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Palmdale Water District as represented by Dennis LaMoreaux.
Project intends to construct a subterranean grade control structure within the Littlerock Reservoir at Rocky Point. The purpose of the construction of the grade control structure is to ensure that sediment removal activities associated with the Littlerock Sediment Removal Project will not result in degradation of designated critical habitat for the arroyo toad (Anaxyrus californicus) located immediately upstream of Rocky Point. Construction of the structure will consist of grading and excavating both upland and streambed habitat, and cut and fill activities.
