Document Description
The USDA Forest Service, Angeles National Forest, must consider whether to issue a special use authorization for the Littlerock Reservoir Sediment Removal project that has been proposed by Palmdale Water District. The proposed action would: 1) restore the Littlerock Reservoir to 1992 water storage and flood control capacity, and would maintain that capacity through annual sediment removal; and 2) preserve habitat for the arroyo toad through construction of a grade control structure.
