The proposed project would: - Construct a grade control structure to prevent sediment loss and head cutting of the stream channel upstream of Rocky Point to preserve critical habitat and prevent impacts to the federally endangered arroyo toad; - Remove excess reservoir sediment that has accumulated over time and to restore the Reservoir to 1992 design water storage and flood control capacity; and - Maintain 1992 design capacity of the Reservoir
