The Director of the Department of Regional Planning, County of Los Angeles ("Director"), on March 28, 2019, approved a request for Substantial Conformance from the Project Applicant pursuant to the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan to make minor design refinements and amendments to the approved vesting tentative tract map for Mission Village. The changes do not increase the total number of residential units. commercial square footage or the disturbance are for Mission Village. The Director approved an addendum to the previously certified Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH 200505143) as having been completed in compliance with CEQA.
