Document Description
Planned Development Permit, minor deviation to the Washington Specific Plan, and amendments to Planned Development 30 for the development of a 24 story, 260 ft condominium tower with 150 condominiums units including 2 live/work units, structured parking for 240 vehicles and a promenade including 880 sf of retail buildings and design review and Transportation Systems Management Plan approval. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment to a boundary line agreement recorded on May 26, 1989, which will exchange a public access easement for a deposit into the Commission's Kapiloff Land Bank Fund. Environmental impacts from the project will not occur within the Commission's jurisdiction.
