The proposed project is Phase 2 of the City of Buellton General Plan Update, which includes updates of the Conservation and Open Space, Economic Development, Noise, Parks and Recreation, Public Facilities and Services, and Safety Elements, and amendments to the City's adopted Land Use Element. The project constitutes the second and final phase of the City's General Plan Update program.
