Document Description
The project consists of approval of an Operating Agreement to allow the previously approved and entitled project. The Operating Agreement allows for a reconfiguration of 140 affordable housing units, to be offered in two apartment complexes on properties already zoned for multifamily development (though the UVSP total unit count does not increase) and for the narrowing of certain linear parks from 100' to 70'. The approval of the requirements, documents and actions provide for substantially the same identical physical development of the Property. The certified EIR (SCH No. 2004091167), the Findings, Statement and the Mitigation Monitoring Program served as the environmental documentation for approval of this project.
