Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) is proposing to conduct testing and inspection of the Foothill Feeder pipeline, related maintenance activities, and connection of the oxidation retrofit project (ORP) equipment at the Joseph P. Jensen Filtration Plant (Jensen Plant). The ORP work is described in the May 1994, Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration Joseph P. Jensen Filtration Plant Oxidation Retrofit Program Granada Hills; Los Angeles County, California. These activities will require a complete shutdown and dewatering of the Foothill Feeder pipeline, which is scheduled to occur in February 2005.
