Document Description
DTSC is proposing to approve a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) for the removal and off-site disposal of soil contaminated with PCBs greater than 10 parts per million and the excavation and consolidation of all other soil exceeding concentrations of the site specific cleanup goals of the chemicals of concern. After soil is consolidated, soil will be capped and institutional controls to protect human health and the environment will be implemented. Approximately 470 cubic yards of soil is expected to be disposed of off-site and 25,000 cubic yards of soil consolidated.
