Document Description
The StoneRidge Specific Plan will include up to 2,140 single-family dwelling units, public and private parks, public and private roadways, trails, draining, landscaping and open space. The project will include the dedication of a public park, and may also include the dedication of a school site, fire station, park and ride lot, and two well sites, if accepted by the public agencies. Depending on these dedications, the number of single-family houses may be reduced to approximately 2,000 dwelling units. The average density of development may therefore vary between 3.4 and 3.5 units per acre.
