Document Description
The EIR addresses the potential for significant for environmental impacts that could result from approving and implementing the current development proposal by First West DHS-Associates for the StoneRidge Specific Plan, a 2,140-unit proposed residential development in the City of Desert Hot Springs. The approximately 604 +/- acre project site is located approximately 0.25 mile east of SR 62 and north of Pierson Boulevard. The project also includes the development of the local street system, dedication of park space, private parks, a proposed public school site, potential well site, and a proposed fire station or park and ride site.
