- NOD for Plot Plan No. 180034 (PPT 180034): The Project consists of a Plot Plan (PPT 180034) to allow allow for the construction of Building 11 on approximately 20.5 acres within Planning Area 5 of the Majestic Freeway Business Center Specific Plan (MFBCSP). Building 11 is proposed between Commerce Center Drive and Perry street and east of Harvill and would consist a high-cube transload short-term warehouse building containing up to 391,045 s.f. of building area. An Addendum to EIR No. 466 was prepared for the Project, which demonstrates that the Project's impacts would be fully within the scope of analysis of EIR No. 466. PPT 180034 and Addendum No. 4 to EIR No. 466 were approved/adopted as part of a Riverside County Planning Commission Hearing on June 4, 2020.
