Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Cert # R9-2020-0155) to the applicant to construct a commercial and residential mixed-use development and roadway infrastructure that includes making improvements to Airway Road and Cactus Road and extending Airway Road westward onto the Project Site. The residential development includes multi-family residential uses, public school facilities, recreation, and open space. The applicant will provide vernal pool compensatory mitigation for permanent fill impacts to jurisdictional waters.
