Document Description
The Applicant proposes to build a residential community of up to 886 units single-family and multi-family residential units. The Project also includes an elementary school site, a neighborhood park, pocket parks, 5.9 miles of multi-use trails and supporting infrastructure, including a wastewater treatment plant, water storage tanks, and six detention basins. Open space is proposed to retain 49.3 acres of the existing citrus and avocado groves, open space top reserve cultural resources, and 122.4 acres of sensitive biological habitat. Approximately 1.81 miles of the 5.9 miles of multi- use trails system will be established along an existing dirt road located in the open space.
