Document Description
The current General Plan and Zoning designations are Regional Commercial for the property south of Delaney Circle and Business Park for the property north of Delaney Circle. The project would retain the existing land use designations and zoning. The project sponsor, Retail Development Advisors, is seeking entitlements to develop a regional commercial center, with some neighborhood uses, encompassing up to 460,000 sq. ft. of net rentable area. Grading for off-ramp improvements from Interstate 215 to Clinton Keith Road will also include additional acreage (approximately 14 acres) between the eastern border of the project and Interstate 215. The project also includes relocation of McElwain Road and a blueline stream.
