Construction of a 16-inch water line to run north from the Thunderbird Wells (east of Paris Precision Products on Ramada Drive, north of Highway 46 East) 4,800 feet along the UPRR right-of-way, then east 2,800 feet under the river and up the existing right-of-way for the future extension of Charolais Road to connect to existing water mains.
