The proposed project includes: 1) the construction of three new structures, including the entitled Phase II building (totaling approximately 533,000 feet); 2) the construction of a six-story, seven-level parking garage containing approximately 1,801 parking spaces; 3) demolition of the building located at 4240 Hollis Street, in the northwest portion of the project site; 4) development of a bike/pedestrian path and linear park in the eastern portion of the project site that would be deeded to the City; and 5) associated landscaping and circulation improvements.
