Document Description
The proposed project consists of the conveyance of five parcels totaling 287.18 acres, contiguous to the existing Tuolumne Rancheria, into federal trust status on behalf of the Tribal Government. The Tribe plans to eventually develop approximately 62 homes, 30 to 40 room guest lodge, senior center, security and fire station, road access and supporting infrastructure.
