The Fish and Game Commission (Commission) amended subsections within Section 360 and 363 of Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) related to seasonal changes to specified deer and antelope tag quotas, and season date adjustments for specified hunt zones. The Commission added Section 708.19, Title 14, CCR, to allow for the refund of specific tags on lands that were closed due to the 2020 wildfires. These are ministerial projects as identified in Resource Code 21080(b).
