Document Description
The City of Stockton will construct an intake and pump station facility on the San Joaquin River, a new water treatment plant (WTP), and two conveyance pipelines. The Project will result in impacts to Delta Smelt (Hypomeaus transpacificus), longfin smelt (Spirinchus thaleichthys), Winter-run Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawyscha), and Spring-run Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawyscha), and their habitat.
