Document Description
The proposed project site consists of approximately 314 acres of the former Schilling Ranch property, which includes approximately 235 acres, owned by Rumsey Rancheria, and an additional 79 acres, which is held in Federal trust for the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians. The project would include the construction of a championship 18-hole golf course, with fairway distances ranging from 169 yards to 592 yards, a driving range, a decorative waterfall, a golf clubhouse, a golf cart barn, a comfort station, an associated maintenance building, two ponds, and the golf course irrigation system. The driving range would be located on the southeastern portion of the project site, south of the clubhouse and adjacent to Tee #1 on a small hill. The decorative waterfall would be concentrated adjacent to the project site's southern boundary and would provide a scenic vista of the golf course and clubhouse.
