Document Description
The proposed project site consists of approximately 300 acres of the former Schilling Ranch property, which includes approximately 216 acres, owned by Rumsey Rancheria, and an additional 83.5 acres, which is held in federal trust for the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians. The project would include the construction of a championship 18-hole golf course, a driving range, a decorative waterfall, a golf clubhouse, a golf cart barn, a comfort station, an associated maintenance building, two ponds, and the golf course irrigation system.
