Document Description
On April 21, 2004, the City of Aliso Viejo certified a Final Environmental Impact Report (Final EIR) for the City's first General Plan [State Clearinghouse #2003101060], adopted CEQA Findings of Fact, a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. The Final EIR fully analyzed all impacts associated with development of all uses contemplated by the General Plan at a programmatic level, including the original "4 Liberty" parcel which is now known as 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, and 800 Freedom Lane.
