The proposed project construct approx. 18,500 linear feet of recycled water pipeline to connect Yucaipa Valley Water District's recycled water distribution system to Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District's (BCVWD) non-potable water pipeline, and will allow delivery of recycled water between the two agencies. Water will be delivered to customers within BCVWD's service area.
