Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes the construction and operation of 18,500 linear feet of 24-inch recycled water pipeline to connect the Applicant’s existing recycled water to an existing Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District non-potable water pipeline, allowing for the delivery of recycled water between the two agencies. The Applicant is planning a phased approach and will only construct approximately 12,125 linear feet of pipeline as part of the first phase of the Project and current funding agreement.

The proposed Project would be located almost exclusively within developed areas associated with existing roadways and one previously disturbed slope.
