Document Description
The proposed project includes the exterior renovation and rehabilitation of an existing 89,060-sf multi-tenant retail, office building. Removal and reconstruction of the paved parking area, drainage improvements, landscaping of the entire area, and re-vegetation of portions of the existing paved area. Restoration of approximately 0.70 acres of riparian area associated with Soquel Creek.
