The project includes a tentative subdivision map to divide 82.1 ~acres (APN 064-013-001, 064-012-010, 064-012-001) into 155 residential lots as well as four remainder lots. 99 of the 155 lots, located north of the future D Street and west of Stearns Road are proposed as a small-lot senior housing development. The other 56 lots located on the north side of the future D Street and east of the future Orsi Road are single-family residential units.
