The site is designated as Urban Transition and Low-Density Residential in the Stanislaus County General Plan. The project area was designated in the Oakdale General Plan as General Office, Office and Low-Density Residential. The Specific Plan Land Use includes mixed use, high-density residential, medium-density residential, low-density residential, public/semi-public, and parkland uses.
