The primary objective of the Plan is to provide the basis for implementing a variety of redevelopment projects and programs designed to eliminate blight conditions in teh Project Area, upgrade public facilities and infrastructure, promote and facilitate economic development and job growth and provide additional affordable housing opportunities. These measures shoudl generally improve the quality of life for residents and business and property owners within the limits of the project area and the overall community.
