Document Description
The primary objective of the Plan is to provide the basis for implementing a variety of redevelopment projects and programs designed to, among other things, eliminate blight conditions found to exist in the Project Area, upgrade public facilities and infrastructure, promote and facilitate economic development and job growth, and provide additional affordable housing opportunities.
