In March 2002, Ventura County voters approved the issuance of bonds (Bond Measure S) totaling $356.3 million for construction and rehabilitation of campus facilities within the Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD). This money was earmarked for projects at each of the tree community college campuses with the service area and for ancillary District projects.
