Document Description
The project proposes a major subdivision of 53.34 gross acres into 8 residential lots ranging from 2.0 to 14.11 net acres. The subdivision is located at the northwest corner of Archie Moore Road and Salt Mine Road. The project will take access from Archie Moore Road. The vegetation on-site is mostly undisturbed and consists of chamise chaparral with oak woodland along the drainage, which traverses the center of the sites in a north-south direction. On-site biological open space easements are proposed to protect sensitive habitats. The remainder of the property supports mixed chaparral vegetation with a large number of rock outcroppings. The project will be served by the Ramona Fire Department CDF, Ramona Municipal Water District, Ramona Unified School District, and the dwelling units will have septic on-site.
