Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SBA-17397-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Legacy Homes represented by Suzanna Aceves. As part of a new housing development project, Permittee is planning road extensions along Den Street and Shaw Street that will require widening of the roadside earthen stream and extensions of existing culverts associated with the earthen stream. In addition, Permittee will construct a stormwater drainage outfall along the south bank of San Antonio Creek. Native plant revegetation will take place along the top of the south bank of San Antonio Creek as mitigation for impacts from the project.
