Document Description
Restoration of 3,100 linear feet of Mission Creek, located between Palm Avenue and Driscoll Road, Fremont, Alameda County. In this area, the following will occur: restoration of fluvial geomorphic balance, increase in flow capacity, arrest of vertical and lateral erosion, and re-establishment of a viable riparian corridor. Exotic species will be removed, stable bed and banks will be constructed, biotechnical stabilization methods will be used, meander will be restored, and native riparian vegetation will be planted.
