The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for Incidental Take Permit 2081-2004-014-06 for the project Applicant, CJR Partnership. The amendment for ITP 2081-2004-014-06 will not increase acres of impacts to the covered species. The amendment modifies an existing measure to substitute a designated biologist with a designated representative to conduct ITP compliance monitoring and reduce reporting frequency, as ongoing mining operations continue in a fenced, disturbed site.
