Document Description
Zone 7 proposes the transfer of 2,219 afa from BWSD, and up to 540 afa from TLBWSD. These entitlement transfer agreements would initiate the execution of amendments to the Water Supply Contracts, such that the Department of Water Resources (DWR) would increase water entitlement to Zone 7 and decrease the respective amount of entitlement from KCWA and TLBWSD.
