The project includes annexation of a 50-acre buffer parcel, amending the Clovis General Plan to depict all of the landfill property as Public Facility; prezoning to P-F of the landfill property; and amending the existing Conditional Use Permit for the expanded landfill property.
The Clovis Landfill Expansion and Permitting project site is not listed as a toxic site (Cortese List, Department of Toxic Substances Control).
