Document Description
The Calvine Meadows Project (Project) proposes development of a 23.3-acre residential community located at 9450 Calvine Road. The proposed Project includes establishment of the Calvine Meadows Special Planning Area (CMSPA) and subsequent rezone from the existing zoning of AR-5 and Open Space to CMSPA. The Project also consists of a Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) and Design Review for TSM layout to subdivide the property into 56 single-family residential lots (Village 1 ), 1 open space/drainage parkway lot (Lot A), l landscape corridor lot (Lot B), and 2 water quality basin lots (Lots C and D) .
