The project proposes to widen the subject portion of Culver Drive from a two-lane undivided roadway to a four-lane divided roadway and realign it approximately 60 feet from the Village of Turtle Rock. A General Plan Amendment is required to change the designation of the roadway from a Class II (on street) to a Class I (off street) bicycle facility.
