CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Ventura County Watershed Protection District. The project proposes to temporarily impact 27.9 acres of willow and mulefat riparian scrub within a 144.3 acre area. No compensatory mitigation is required as the proposed project involves habitat restoration.
