Document Description
The Project consists of the construction of a 41-lot, detached single-family home (40 new, one existing), master-planned neighborhood on a development footprint of approximately 58 acres on an approximately 420-acre site. The initial proposed infrastructure consists of paved roadways from Old Coach Road to the home sites, as well as a secondary access from an existing driveway at the southwestern corner of the site. No homes will be constructed during the initial phase of the project.
